We have been working in Killeen this week and have come twice to pick up food. The amount of food you get is extremely satisfying. Tonight I had the sweet and sour chicken and was literally blown away by the portion. My husband loves the house fried rice chicken and shrimp only. He has had it twice this week. Truly wonderful staff, they are pleasant and extremely friendly. Honestly wish they had a place in North Austin!!!

This was an amazzzzzzzzzing experience wow hands down the best customer service and food experience in a very long time. The portion size was huge on top of the waitress was a 10/10 she is the only one during the time we came in to visit. She is friendly nurturing and communication was past impeccable. If I could eat here everyday I would by far the greatest cleanest location I have been inside with eating Asian inspired dishes. The meat was so tender not hard not tough and not dry. The rice I wasn’t happy with but the meats made up for it. I highly recommend Wong Palace to everyone the only downfall is that they never have Pepsi but I love water so it made a great sip on the way home. The pepper steak with grilled onions and bell peppers 10\10 the sesame chicken what can I say sign me right on up the fried wontons and crab Rangoon to die for I will order this every time. Please don’t change the quality of services don’t make the prices more this by far is my go to place everytime I want something sweet and savoy.

My daughter and I were starving so we tired this for the first time So glad we did And come to find out this place is a byob so with good food you can have good drink The lunch menu is priced good Service was amazing Food was fresh and hot Establishment was clean Love the fact the tables are free and clear Would totally return and would recommend

They automatically add a gratuity to your bill of 15% if you dine in for lunch and 18% for dinner. The food was good and it's near the house so I thought woohoo I found a great place, then I got my bill and it was 6 extra dollars to eat in. I'm not sure I'll be back but if I do it's definitely going to be take-out.

We just ordered food and it was HORRIBLE! To post this review upsets me because this restaurant has been a favorite of mine for YEARS. When I requested to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint I was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes only to be told they could only replace the rice. The issue: skewers were old and burnt tasting. We both tried one so two of the five were gone. Chicken was very dry and tasted old as well. Only one was eaten. The egg rolls were burnt and greasy. We tried one pack of two and after a bite threw the rest away. The fried rice with gravy had no gravy. We never asked for anything only to advise of the poor service. They left us on hold then offered to replace the fried rice only stating the rest of the food was already eaten. I am appalled that this restaurant handled this situation like this and will NEVER eat here again! Also I would have gave ZERO stars but they require a star to post a review!
